Hey, pretty cool!

[Nevermind Edge. He's fiddling around with the linkshell, a little sidetracked, and probably not really focused on the main issue at hand. Well, not apparently, anyway. But behind that mask, Edge presses his lips into a thin line and he stares straight at the shell thing, gaze with a purpose.]

I'm uh. Kind of stuck in Damcyan—don't ask!—but really, I have to hitch a ride back to Eblan as soon as possible before the Seneschal kills me. Not literally, but you get the point! I'm a pretty busy guy, you know!

[But his emotions right now is a mixed bag—from confusion, to excitement, to worry, and everything else in between. Altogether it's a little overwhelming, but imagine how it feels for Edge who's trying his best to hide it behind that mask, as usual.]

King Bard's not helping much either— [Well actually, he's not there at Damcyan at all but Edge really isn't the person to divulge such a thing to everyone, okay. He has his boundaries.] —but I'm hoping one of you guys'll be willing to help out.

Anyone? Cecil, did you grow a beard yet? I bet your hands full with Rosa, heh! And you still look pretty as ever, right Rydia? I hope you're still not brooding, Kain. I mean, I know I'm good at that too, but you're threatening my title!

If there's another copy messing with my Eidolons, she'll regret it. I can't sit here and do nothing, so Luca's taking me and others there shortly. I won't let them down.

This has to be done right away, Edge. Besides, you'll need to go to Eblan. I wouldn't count on the Seneschal actually being there, not with so many of our friends missing.

Rydia does, at least me as how I was when that little. She doesn't look older than six...though given her nature, I'm not sure how old she really is. I don't think she's sure, either.

She doesn't have my temper...that I've noticed, yet. From what Luca said, she's spent most of her life on the moon, and it really shows. Nothing about this world is familiar to her, so she has to start from scratch. I'll try to help, though, once I'm with her again. I couldn't bring her into danger, so she's with the dwarves.

I'm not denying it. Seeing her greet with me with such absolute trust...well, I can't not take her in. And maybe if I can raise her right, the Eidolons will accept her, someday.

[Continuing Mist's legacy has always been important to her, but now even moreso that there's someone else with strong potential.]

I'm focused, I'm focused! If anything, we should at least figure out a way to send these guys back to where they came from. Sixteen, seventeen years I can deal with but another world... that's a different story.

Some of them don't have anything to return to, though. From what they told me, I gathered the impression that they were surprised to be alive at all. How did our world happen to summon the dead?

Yeah, I'm one step ahead of you. But I can't even get close to the one in Damcyan. Security's tight, and I don't blame them. Maybe if it was Cecil or something...

Also, I want to check out the tower. Just in case there's something we missed over there.
