[When the dark-skinned man appears on the video feed, he appears to be in a good humor, despite how his white clothes appear to be wrapped around him extra-tight.]

There are worse places to be snowed in than a library. I confess, though, I am--not used to this level of snow. Is Mysidia usually like this? [He hopes not. Salamand was bad enough.]

In my time there, I found something of note--[And now his audience can see that he is holding a thick spellbook, old and worn, the pages covered in small, winding script.]--When I arrived in this world, they told me this spell did not exist, and accordingly I could not cast it. And yet--here it is. I wonder...what does this mean?

[The first thing anyone might think when looking at this man on the linkshell is ‘that is a very impressive helmet.’ It has horns larger even than those found on the helmets of the dwarves, although it may be helped by the fact that this man is larger than any of the dwarves. Despite his somewhat ridiculous choice in headgear, he seems remarkably calm as he addresses his linkshell, and the emotion- or lack thereof- being transmitted reflects that.]

The creature- Greetingway- told me that I was in Mysidia. He also mentioned that there were others summoned here. Is there anything else known of these events that he has not told?

[There is a pause, and several emotions will come across faintly- confusion, worry, hesitance.]

I believed that I was meant to be returned to my own world, but it seems that will be delayed. If there are any other Warriors of Cosmos that this has happened to as well, please contact me.

[He pauses, gives a small nod, and then, with no further ceremony, ends the feed.]

Whoa! Rikku would be all over this device!

[A pair of blue eyes stare into the linkshell, before he moves it away. Still looking into it, he keeps talking to himself.]

Wakka wouldn't be able to stand it though...

[As if realizing he's speaking to himself, he stops and stares back into the linkshell, smiling. Even so, he's angry, but it's not like it's their fault.]

Hi! I'm Tidus, Star Player of the Zanarkand Abes. Has anyone seen a girl, about my age, shoulder length brown hair-- it kind of has both gold and reddish tints to it instead of just being one or the other like a lot of people, and she has one blue eye and one green. Uh, sapphire and spring. They're bright. And she's wearing this sort of complicated dress, the top part being white and bottom part a purple color with flowers on it.

[A pause. Affection and irritation are laced together, along with fear and hope.]

Oh, and if you've seen anyone else I know too, or if, you know, you're here, let me know! I'm in...Myzeedimina?

[Ingus has been brooding for quite some time. Normally he would try to settle things himself - to find his own answers - but his journey with the others had taught him that relying on others is not always a sign of weakness. So finally he turns to the linkshell because he can think of no other place to go for answers.]

If one wished to speak with the crystals of this world, where would they travel?

[And that's all he really wanted to ask, so he casts one last look into the linkshell before he ends the transmission.]

[The linkshell comes on in the midst of some other conversation. Anyone receiving it will feel a mix of irritation, anger, and resolution transmitted to them through the pearl, along with the image of a huge man in dark armor, and the sound of his voice- an appearance and voice that should be all to familiar to the original residents of the Blue Planet.]

-will have no need for this. You may take it back in a moment.

[There is a muffled sound of protest from Greetingway, but Golbez ignores it in favor of turning his attention to the Linkshell. The irritation transmitted by it intensifies as he does.]

Where is the Lunar Whale?

[And with that the brief transmission is abruptly ended.]

[The feed comes on, showing Palom with a bored look on his face, yet there's a hint of arrogance in his voice.]

All right, if anyone is listening to this, My name is Palom of Mysidia. I know that most of you have trouble using magic from your own worlds, so if any of you are willing to learn how to use either Black or White magic, Porom and I can help you with whatever you need to know. You can find us at the village of Mysidia. And if you're already in the village, you can find me at the Elder's chambers at the Tower of Prayers.

That's all for now.

[With that, the feed ends.]

Group Thread: In the Underworld
The underworld is an inhospitable place to humans, unbearably hot with no visible sources of water, swarms of monsters and air that stinks of sulphur. Which makes it a little unfortunate that so many of them have suddenly shown up there, all things considered.

Some arrive before or after others but they all appear within the same two hours or so, stranded on a small island surrounded by the lava seas of the underworld. The monsters attack every so often if they walk around alone, especially on the outskirts of the area where they've been appearing, but they generally won't dare if they're in groups of two or more.

Luckily, they're not stuck there for too long. Just over two hours after the first people start showing up, there's the deafening sound of propellers. Help arrives quickly enough in the form of an airship piloted by a short woman with dark skin and red hair and a very small girl with red eyes and turquoise hair. The two of them will explain as best they can if anyone wants to ask they questions on the way to the dwarven city. There's also a small rabbit-like creature. At some point during the trip he'll be handing out what appear to be seashells, but the rest of the time he'll hang close to the girl.

Once at the dwarven city, the guests will be fed and offered shelter.
